Attorney Robert Zarnetske (Rob) has over 20 years of government, business, and real estate experience. He has worked on property problems from many different perspectives. He served as:

  • The Regional Administrator for the U.S. General Services Administration (the federal government's property management agency)
  • A housing and urban development policy advisor to two U.S. Senators
  • The City Manager in Norwich, CT.
  • A member of a local zoning appeals board

Rob has conducted real estate closings, lease negotiations,  and construction management meetings. He's represented clients in foreclosure proceedings, evictions, property tax appeals and administrative hearings. He's also participated in planning for development project both large and small. He's even done property rehab projects and has managed his own rental properties.
